The clients need to cover the freight cost.
Customized carpet tiles sample cost would be negotiable.
Sample time is about 7days after confirmation of design.

Q4.What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on order quantity and the season you place the order.
The normal delivery time is around 25-30 days.
Q5.what about the quality warranty?

Usually,30% as deposit,70% before shipment by T/T. western union is acceptable for small amount. L/C is acceptable for large account.
